I want you to get a Spiral notebook - you will come to find that those are one of my most favorite (and inexpensive) tools. I want you to write on the cover, or find a label and mark it with a sharpie, or for my Type A's or creatives - generate either a P-Touch label or print a fancy label from your computer. See how much time I spent there talking about labels - personality shines through.

First, let’s review some statistics: The Labor Department's June 2020 report showed that nearly 18 Million Americans were out of work.Â
That is just shy of 1.2 Million people who filed first-time claims for for jobless benefits last week.Â
They join the roughly 30 Million Americans who are already claiming unemployment benefits. How many unemployed Americans are there right now?
According to Joe Brusuelas, Chief Economist at RSM consulting, (If you count everyone) - "All of the people who were receiving some form of unemployment benefits — and that’s north of 31 Million People,” he said.*
This is the highest in recent history, due to the Covid-19 crisis.Â
While this is all very disturbing news, it provides an opportunity for you, as a Resume Writer and Interview Coach, to make a difference to job seekers and provide valuable services at a critical time in this country. And change your life in the process.
